Jail Commander James Martin and Major Tanesha Crear ordered a special lunch of cheeseburgers and chips in early 2016, and sat down with the juveniles to listen to what they have to say, and to also inform them of some upcoming programs based on good behavior. Helo is a Belgian Malinois, and is fairly new to our department. He has adapted very well to his new surroundings and life.
