Instructors

Carrie Hill: An attorney and national criminal justice consultant. She has dedicated her 30 plus career providing criminal justice consulting, policy advisement and professional development seminars in correctional law.
 
 
 
 
Gary Deland: A nationally recognized trainer, technical assistance provider and expert witness. He has provided criminal justice related services in 45 states and served as an expert witness and/or litigation consultant in 40 states.
 
Mike Haley: Retired after more than five decades as a corrections and law enforcement practitioner. He has served as a trainer and jail litigation expert witness in several states since 1985.
