NSA SUPPORTS EDGAR FOR DEPUTY SECRETARY OF THE DHS

Sheriff Kieran Donahue, President of the National Sheriffs’ Association, representing the 3,081 sheriffs across the nation, sent the following letter to Chairman Paul and Ranking Member Peters, offering our strong endorsement of Troy Edgar’s nomination to serve as Deputy Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Troy Edgar’s extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, combined with his service as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for DHS, makes him uniquely qualified for this critical role.
