Prior to joining Online Web Services, Josh served as President of Appriss Insights. Josh was responsible for full P&L responsibility and helped drive all facets of sales growth, technology improvements, and service delivery. Josh brings with him years of experience selling to and working with government agencies and has a broad network of contacts in the victim services field. Josh is a graduate of Bellarmine University and resides in Florida with his wife and daughter.
